I am thinking of using GoToMeeting to do some remote training. Have you used this application for eLearning? If so, what are your experiences? Also, have you used GoToWebinar and/or GoToTraining?

I have used both for training users on our rapid e-learning development platform. The secret to success is in terms of managed outcomes. If I want to run a hands-on session, I wouldn't bother because I can't quietly jump in and see what my learners are doing. I also find a significant performance lag when sharing my screen. As a stop-gap way of presenting ideas and sharing concepts it's fine, but I think I'd want something more robust for a more full-circle "training" mechanism.
Yes, I've used GoToMeeting several times to conduct training. Lacks certain features I'd like to have in a virtual classroom - breakout rooms, quizzing - but performance was good, and desktop sharing was fairly seamless.
Hi, I'd like to recommend you take a look at our new GoToTraining service www.gototraining.com It has been developed with trainers to provide the kind of features you are looking for.
Thanks,
Consistently solid platform with ease of operation and management for moderator. No bells and whistles so if you're using this for a webinar with a high volume of interactives, graphics, or polling etc., consider AdobeConnect, or a light weight LMS, etc.
